The Climate Change Committee have just published their latest report on progress with respect to achieving the UK’s targets on climate change. Having been found guilty last year by the High court of not achieving its legal requirements on achieving its plan, the Climate Change Committee now reports ” Despite new detail from Government, our confidence in the UK meeting its medium-term targets has decreased in the past year.
